I had the absolute pleasure of documenting Ivy Rose’s first days at home, in the warm, calm space she shares with her loving mum, dad, and the most adorable golden retriever I’ve ever met. From the moment I stepped into their home, I felt the peaceful energy and deep connection between them all. Their dog, already proudly embracing his new role, stayed close to Ivy Rose the entire time—gentle, protective, and so clearly in love with his tiny “sister.”

This lifestyle newborn session reminded me once again of the quiet power of simplicity. No elaborate setups, no props or poses—just natural light, soft tones, and a family wrapped in love.
